Bio-sketch:

Innokentiy Semushin received his BA in Mathematical and Computing Equipment (1964) and Candidate of Science (Ph.D. equivalent) in Automatic Control (1970) from St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University (LETI). In 1987, he earned his Doctor of Science in Control Systems from State University of Aerospace Instrumentation (SUAI) in St. Petersburg, Russia. In 1975, he was awarded the academic rank of Associate Professor of Computing, followed by the rank of Professor of Mathematical Cybernetics and Computer Science in 1990. In 1999, he was honored with the title of Honored Worker of Higher Education of the Russian Federation. 
He is currently employed as a teaching professor at the Department of Information Technology within Mathematics, Information, and Aviation Technology School of Ulyanovsk State University in Ulyanovsk, Russia.

  • декабрь 2018 — Профессорский журнал—Технические науки. Тема: Постулаты и уроки GERM в школах и университетах.  Представил российской профессуре шесть постулатов GERM и дал комментарии к ним, вытекающие из российской действительности.   • март 2018 — Федеральное государственное бюджетное образовательное учреждение высшего образования «Саратовский государственный медицинский университет имени В.И. Разумовского» Министерства здравоохранения Российской Федерации (ФГБОУ ВО Саратовский ГМУ им. В.И. Разумовского Минздрава России) Тема: GESTALT SWITCH В СФЕРЕ ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ. Проанализировал шесть отличительных свойств движения за общемировую реформу образования (GERM), которые сформулировал Pasi Sahlberg, известный финский деятель и автор многих публикаций в области образования.
