WORKING PROGRAMS OF DISCIPLINE

Topographic anatomy and surgical surgery

by direction / specialty 31.05.01Leaching business

1. Goals and objectives of the discipline

Purpose - Anatomico-surgical preparation of students, necessary for subsequent studies in clinical departments, primarily surgical, and in independent medical activities; formation of students' knowledge of systems taking into account the individual variability of organs, vessels, nerves; the formation in students of the skills to apply the obtained topographic and anatomical knowledge to substantiate the diagnosis, explain the features of the course of pathological processes, solve diagnostic and surgical problems; mastering students elementary operational actions and some typical surgical techniques, forming professional competencies.

Tasks:

- formation of students' knowledge of topographic anatomy of regions, organs and systems, paying special attention to clinically important anatomical and functional features;

- formation of students' ability to apply the obtained topografo-anatomical knowledge to substantiate the diagnosis, explain the features of the course of pathological processes, solve diagnostic and surgical problems.

- Student mastery of elementary operative actions and some typical surgical techniques.

- formation of professional competences.

2. Place of discipline in the PLO structure

The discipline "Topographic Anatomy and Operative Surgery" refers to the base part of B1. B.27.

Requirements for the results of the discipline

In the process of studying the discipline, the following competencies are formed: OK-1, OK-2; OPK-1, OPK-4, OPK-5, OPK-10, OPK-11; PC-1, PК-5, PК-11.

As a result of studying the discipline, the student of the medical faculty must:

Know:

- the general principle of the layered structure of the human body;

- topographic anatomy of specific areas;

- clinical anatomy of internal organs, cellular spaces, vascular-neural formations, bones and large joints, weak points of the abdominal wall;

- Collateral blood circulation in violation of patency of the main blood vessels;

- zones of motor and sensory innervation of large nerves;

- age features of the structure, shape and position of organs;

- indications, technique of performing the basic surgical interventions and receptions.

Be able to:

- Use knowledge of topographic anatomy: to substantiate the diagnosis, choose rational access, determine the method of surgical intervention, prevent intraoperative errors and complications due to topographic and anatomical features of the area.

- Use general and some special surgical instruments

- Perform individual surgical procedures and operations.

Own:

- Clinical and anatomical conceptual apparatus.

- Technique of tissue separation, fixation and exposure, tissue connection, stopping bleeding.

3. Requirements for the results of the discipline

The study of the discipline "Topographic Anatomy and Operational Surgery" within the framework of the development of the educational program is aimed at the formation of the following cultural, professional and professional competencies:
