International Regional Rankings QS University Rankings Rankings: EECA - Rankings of Universities of Developing Countries of Europe and Central Asia have published its results. USU entered the top 300 of the best universities in the region, taking the 251-300 overall place and the 74th place among Russian universities. In total, 450 higher education institutions from all over the world participated in the ranking, 129 of them in the Russian Federation. Ulyanovsk State University is the only university in the region included in the rating.
